How payment works
Pay online in your currency, or locally in the Philippines
Choose a plan
Sign in as your studio's administrator and open Billing.
Pay by card or PayPal
Pick your currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD or PHP) and check out securely on PayPal. In most countries you can pay by card without a PayPal account.
Your plan starts right away
As soon as PayPal confirms the payment, your plan activates and a receipt is emailed to your administrators.
Paying from the Philippines?
You can also send the exact amount through QR Ph or GCash and upload the receipt in Billing. Our team verifies it by hand.
Every payment covers one billing period. Nothing renews or charges your card automatically.
FAQ
Questions studios ask us
Does every team member need to pay?
No. The subscription belongs to your studio. Staff you add join under it and never see billing details or receipts.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You get a 7-day grace period to renew. After that your studio becomes read-only: you can still sign in, watch and download your files, and we email the studio owner. If it is still not renewed 30 days later, the studio is permanently deleted, including all files and member accounts. Payment records are kept.
Is there a COSMO BOARDS app for Windows, iPhone, Android or Premiere Pro?
Yes. COSMO BOARDS has a Windows app, Premiere Pro and After Effects extensions that send renders straight to COSMO Review, and iPhone and Android apps on the way. See them all at cosmoboard.site/apps.
Can other studios see our work?
No. Each studio is completely separate. Boards, files, attendance records and chats are only visible to people in your own studio.
How fast does my plan start?
Card and PayPal payments activate your plan within seconds. Manual payments through QR Ph or GCash are checked by hand, so they take a little longer; you can follow the status in Billing.
When can I sign up?
Now. Create your studio and get a 14-day free trial with every feature of our top plan, no payment needed. When it ends your studio turns read-only until you choose a plan; if no plan is chosen within 30 days, the studio is deleted.
